the bear in the picture does not have a chest tag and I think he's supposed to - does he have a chest tag, button-in-ear, etc? also what do you mean by signed?

No chest tag as not all have those. Some have a chest tag, some have a paw tag, some have no tag. My parents purchased in Germany in the 70s, directly from the store. Only outta the box for photos as it was still sealed.
It does have a signed certificate .
Im just trying to down size as I’m 68. Great price.
