Steel toe chemical resistant work boots

Servus by Honeywell ASTM F2413-05. These look like they are in great condition, but I'm not sure what the numbers mean. (I wonder if the "chemical resistance" expires) They seem incredibly sturdy though:) Size 8, I think that is in a men's size.
