Steel blue front pleat top, size 3X

This short sleeve top is a lovely shade of steel blue. It’s a silky, shiny fabric that could easily be dressed up or down. The material is a polyester spandex blend and it’s brand new without tags from a boutique. It measures about 26” from underarm to underarm and about 27” in length. B4
