Steel and bone ring size 11.25

This ring is a head scratcher. I'm not sure if it is bone or tooth. One jeweler said one thing the other said the other..(???) So I don't really know for sure. The band is definitely magnetic. It appears to be handmade. Very smooth surface all the way round.
