Steampunk outfit- NEW

Never worn. We changed our Halloween plans and didn’t get to wear. Comes with long brown skirt, shorter black skirt, corset, stockings, chains to pull up skirt, hat and belt. The belt is 32 in. The corset is an adjustable 28 in the waist. I am 5,5 for reference. Super cute. Also selling a long sleeve blouse and short sleeve blouse in separate listings. This is sitting in the Packaging box/wrap still.
