Rock that top with a brown or black leggings with few small slits and cogs and sprockets sewn in certain places with a few small petite chains hanging as well.....and to top it off a beautiful fedora w/ a peacock feather adorned the hat. And for boots....brown or black tall leather boots wither right under the knee, or right above the knee, with a few steampunkish embellishments on them. Wow.....I just envisioned that whole outfit, minus the jewelry.
