Dress is new with defects with tags.   Strike thru of brand name on inside label.   Was used as display in store so might show slight signs of wear. There was a small hole on the left sleeve and some snags/holes on bottom ruffle that were mostly repaired by seamstress. Please see last 3 pictures.
