Statement VINTAGE WHITING AND DAVIS DISCO DIVA CHAINMAIL SCARF NECKLACE 1970S

Signed, large gold mesh necklace from Iconic Whiting & Davis. Established in 1876 they developed manufacturing techniques to create fashion chainmail mesh that is as fluid as fabric and feels smooth, sleek and silky to the touch. It moves with you, reflecting light and color like a necklace of tiny jewels. I bought it in the late 70's and it's been worn some but I'm careful with my things. I've examined it and No damage or discoloration The name Whiting & Davis is stamped on the spade shaped charm that finishes the chain. Approximate Measurements only : laid flat: 17¾" long from side to side. The sides of the triangle from where the chain is attached to the point in front are 12½" the length down the middle of the triangle is 9" When worn the drop is around 7" - 8½" Never been worn -New with tag Christie Brinkley covers Cosmopolitan, September 1983 in a Whiting & Davis picture attached Please Go through the pictures and details No returns
