Vintage braided gold tone statement necklace. This necklace is a heavy piece, braided with chunky chain and alternating circles which in my opinion gives it somewhat of a nautical feel. This was my Aunt’s, she said she wore it way back when she used to go out with her girlfriends. The clasp shows some signs of wear. It also has a hammered look on each end of the clasp. Because she doesn’t remember the exact color, in certain lighting, it does appear to be a light silver so I’m not sure if it just needs to be cleaned to bring out the gold tone. I scoured the internet to find one like this to compare but couldn’t find it. Measures 16.5” with a fully functional clasp.
