bjbuxom @anniesheldon As the description states, it’s only about 15”-16” from waist to hemline so it’s more for just looking cute, it doesn’t make your dress or skirt puff out all that much. I used to be a burlesque dancer so it was usually seen when I kicked my legs up dancing….
