@kcdeutsch1 hi! These are adjustable and are meant for adults but I’m not sure if it will fit a 5 year old. Just like any other fashion jewelry if they are taken care of and stored properly when not in use they will last a very long time. As for the shipping yes, Poshmark charges a set price for shipping.
