Starbucks 2021 Holiday Siren Color changing Tumbler As Is

Starbucks color changing cup tumbler. 24oz. blue with a mermaid siren on it. Screw cap lid, no straw and I'm pretty sure that's not the original lid. There are scratches and a crack. Please see photos. Why it's cheap.
