Starbucks 2010 Hawaii bone china surfboard beach shark fish 11 oz. mug

No chips. Some marks or residue on inside bottom (photo 7). I've tried cleaning them with soap and Isopropyl alcohol, and they won't come off. Maybe you could remove them! No other marks on mug. Starbucks 2010 mug. Beach scene with surfboards, "Hawaii", sea shells, a shark, seagulls, clouds, and a turtle. Inside is a beautiful blue with fish! It's not marked, but I've measured the water I poured in there, and it's about 11 oz. Unknown if dishwasher or microwave safe, as it's not labeled. New bone china. Approximately 3.5" diameter, 3.75" tall. No trades, please!
