The cup is “hand wash recommended” and the lids are “hand wash only.” Do not microwave both cup and lids. Comes with 2 plastic lids, but one of the lids fits loosely. There are defects in the rim of the cup that have been stained by coffee (see photo). Otherwise the cup is very clean, and doesn’t look to have been used very much. Please keep in mind that ceramic is a heavy material.
