This unusual yarn is best known for making ruffled projects due to its mesh like quality as shown in the photo of the pink and purple photos but applies to all. The neon yellow is definitely neon which is not quite captured by the photo. It is brighter and more neon in person. Very unusual . The colors are all very vibrant.
