Star pom romper with tie straps

This is a small shop find. Tag says Bobora, size 80. Fits similar to 12-18M. Worn a couple of times-very cute on. Pale yellow stripes and blue stars with elastic waistband and tie straps. Some of the poms on the short fringe are missing. No stains or other flaws.
