Star Wars POTF pair of 1997 brand new action figures.

This is a pair of Star Wars 1996 action figures brand new in their original packages. They are: Luke Skywalker in Ceremonial Outfit with Medal of Valor and blaster pistol and Emperor Palpatine with Walking stick. Both are in excellent condition and I am asking for $13 plus $8 shipping.
