Star Trek Lt Uhura blue uniform Halloween/cosplay costume size small size

The is a very nice homemade costume of Lt Uhura 1960 depiction of the original series. There repair work needed but overall in pretty shape. It even has a beam up Scotty pin. The length is 31 inches and the width is 14 inches. So this would fit a small adult women or pre-teen child. If you have any more questions let me know. Thanks for looking
