Playful star and floral sheer blouse from Zara with a neck tie that can be worn multiple ways- hanging, or tied in a bow, etc. The blouse has three flouncy tiers which makes it really flattering. The flowers are pink and red with green leaves and some of the stars have purple shading. Worn only twice or three times. In excellent used condition.
