This is a wonderful top and bottom set that feels like velvet/velour in black. The top is a v neck with a satin ribbon that runs through the material and a ruffle framing the v. The wrist also have the ruffle. The pants are elastic and the way the elastic is sewn, creates almost a ruffle at the top. This is a very elegant set.
