I just got this as a gift & the chain broke right by the plaque (just breathe) How can I fix it?

@lrykhus23 I’m not sure. The bracelets were brand new (never worn). It may be able to be soldered. Check with a jeweler and see what they say.

I also have a bracelet and the fob a the end fell off and then the chain came out of the slide...how can I get this repaired or replaced, please?
