These were used in our candy business making everything from toffees to brittles and everything in between - yummmmy... They measure 16 1/2" L x 12 1/2" W x 7/8"" H on the inside and slant outward making them slightly larger at approximately 17"L x 13" W x 1" H on the outside. Again, these have been used and I won't say abused but they have seen action, so don't go looking for perfection. The bottom will show some scarring from all the sliding in and out of ovens and on to and off of the cooling racks. Some will have dings here and some dents there.
