-All over seersucker design. -Two front pockets, one chest pocket and two inner chest pockets. -Small shoulder padding. -Buttons on sleeves are fake. -Two white plastic button front closure. -One extra button included (inside chest pocket). -There are a few small stains on the inside of the jacket and well as a few tiny stains on the outside (lower back side) but they are almost impossible to see with the busy pattern. -I believe a size 46 regular translates to about a XXL or 3XL but please refer to measurements for best fit.
