I read the description but it doesn’t say if the waist has the stretch fabric piece. It just says natural stretch but it doesn’t say if thats all over or in the waist. Usually the front of the pants by the button area you can tell but I can’t tell by the pictures. He might be able to use the 50 waist-pending your reply. He is loosing weight so will be looking for tops and underwear too. I will check your closet.
