St Johns Bay bejeweled neckline top

This top is in great condition. I bought it new & wore it once. All bling in place. It has a couple of die tie looking spots on the bottom back as shown in pics, don’t know why. The material is cotton & casual wavy type. Measurements are appx Pit to pit 18 Length from shoulder 25
