Pre-owned, likely new without tags but cannot be sure on this. In perfect condition. This is a beautiful electric blue pea coat. Size Large Petite. Made of 70% wool, 20% nylon, and 10% cashmere. Fully lined with a polyester lining. Pockets also lined and this coat also has an inside pocket.
