St. Johns Bay Size 32 men's slacks

Navy blue slacks. They have been hemmed up. 40in. in length with hem. Without the hem 42in. On the tag it says 32 for the length but I measure much more. I can not see the size in waist. My measurements are 16in in waist. I'm posting them as a 32 poss. a 34.
