St. John Sport Cardigan Size Small

This St. John cardigan is very unique. As you can see in the picture the border of the garment has a fuzzy black yarn swirled around it. I’m uncertain as to why the yarn gathers at the bottom, but I will assume it’s part of the style due to the fact that there aren’t any visible blemishes. The colors are blue & black. The size is Small.
