Vintage 1990's classic navy blue St John wool blend straight pencil skirt. Pleated in front. Pull-on with elastic waist, has side pockets. Size tag missing, refer to measurements. Made in USA, excellent used condition. Approximate Measurements Waist 29" unstretched Length 26" Fabric content:  80% wool, 20% rayon blend is well loved for its ability to retain its shape.
