fotobeyondwords @yesenia24vences definitely altered. Do you mind testing to see how stretchy the hem is as many buyers wear St John for dog showing and haven’t run?. Every skirt I’ve ever bought that has been altered at hem has NO stretch. But this looks like lace was used and not hem tape. Curious. Thanks
