St. John Black White Striped Midi Dress - damage

No size tag, I think this is near a medium but please go by measurements Bust: 14" Length: 41" flat lay Black and white stripes in various directions. Short sleeve, wide neck and midi length. There are 3 small holes on this piece, possibly moth? They do not go through and just go through the first layer, two on the front near the chest and another on the front near the bottom. There's also a small yellow stain on a shoulder. This is priced cheap because of the damage. Please see photos.
