Srishti India Style Garment. Measures 21 inches side to side beneath the arms and slightly flairs out. Length is 41 inches shoulder to hem with 18 1/2 inch slits on sides. Small loop of extra material attached inside, not sure what it is for. Aqua with gold and pink embroidered design. To be worn over pants or skirt. Tag says XXL but is small. See measurements.
