oaxaca84 @skitty16661 Hi, there! I think you will be fine. In any other type of dresses I would say no, but IODs are super stretchy and super high quality. I can wear xs and I am a S. When I was a solid M I was still able to fit comfortably in a S. I have friends that size down often without issues. I know some girls wear this type of dresses seven months into their pregnancy without being uncomfortable.
