NWT thin, blue cotton spring dress. Ruffle long sleeves and scallop lace bottom. Embroidered flowers over front pocket. Three button closure at back. Machine wash inside out. Pristine condition from non-smoking home with non-shedding pets. Dress came with leggings but am selling just the dress, hence the price.
