Spring Perfect Light Mint Green Sleevless Maxi Dress with Pleats

Forever 21 dress with elastic waist. See picture for measurement of unstretched waist. When stretched, it’s about 19 inches laying flat. Beautiful mint green color, perfect for spring and summer. When purchased it already had a red makeup stain (looks like nail poIish) on the INSIDE of the left shoulder. Never used, brand new with no tag. See last picture of stain. Washed and clean (did not try to treat stain but if dry cleaned or treated may go away. Stain is not visible when worn).
