Spring Floral Belted Dress

Adorable dress perfect for spring or with some tights on for fall and winter. In great condition and constructed well. There is an attached liner under the dress with some tulle on the edge around the bottom to allow the dress to have a bit of puff there. Adjustable straps. Zipper works.
