Spring 2019 Forecast: fringe, neon, 90s, cargo,

I'm so excited about what's coming up for this season.... I've already been scouting some of the trends because they are some of my favorite things that transition away from the safety of black and "safe" and get into romantic silhouettes of swaying Fringe and playful colors. My edit today is about pieces that fall into these trends: animal print, brights, bold shoulder, boho floral.
