In excellent condition. It was purchased from a boutique and it never had tags on it but it has never been worn only tried on… no flaws! No stains, tears, rips, holes, shrinkage, discoloration or any signs of wear. 100% Polyester. A silk-like fabric. It is a black skirt with tiers of ruffles or layering. It has an elastic band and fits to size. The dots have an animal like print and they are white with different circular shapes. The back is the same as the front.
