Super fun and cute! No Boundaries brand, jrs size medium 7-9. All black soft terry cloth material with white piping detail, very retro 80s 90s style skirt! Stretchy elastic with drawing waistband, and 2 front pockets! Perfect for hot days, or as swim coverup! In very good, gently worn condition, there is a small dark stain on the inside piping of backside, shown in pic. approximate measurements waistband- 14" total length- 14-14.5"
