lalalalove18 @wesiner hello dear😉 I measured! It's about 23"... but it stretch. If you are small bast and body, it will fit great! I have small bast but I'm not small.. I have wide shoulder and I'm getting weight 😭 so it's pretty tight around my neck. I hope this help for u😘
