This top is perfect for cold weather outdoor activities. The entire top is soft and breathable, but the dark blue is wind resistant. I wore this for running in the cold, and it worked great in place of a top and vest. I believe it was designed for cross country skiing. Slight pilling on the inside of the collar as shown, but none on the body, even the underarms are still smooth.
