Sport Casuals mini skirt

Ladies Sport Casuals size 4 mini skirt. 100% polyester. It has a zipper and button in the back, non-elastic waist. It has 15 inches in length, and the waist is about 11.5 inches across, and about 25 inches around the non-elastic waist. It is much closer to a size 0 than a size 4 because a 26.5 inch waist is equal to a size 2 which is a size XS. Please check measurements.
