Both are in working condition. The spooky eye necklace blinks and strobes when turned on. It has multiple settings for the blink and strobe. The necklace has a plastic clasp. The spooky eye doorbell blinks and strobes when the button is pushed. The doorbell also has a recording that plays when the button is pushed. The outer shell is a gold and black plastic. The back has an opening for wall hanging. Recorded messages are: “Who goes there?” followed by a sinister laugh “Welcome, this house is haunted.” followed by a sinister laugh “Enter, if you dare.” followed by a sinister laugh “Hey, what are you doing?
