This is designed for children ages 3 and up, and the conical design ensures a snug fit. (Note that the diameter of this hat is larger than others we offer from Novelty, Inc., so make sure the child is a good-sized age 3.) There are also handy pom-style ties if desired (or they can remain inside the hat if you so choose). The NOS (New Old Stock) hats are 60% Acrylic and 40% Polyester, and were made in China.
