Super cute black dress by Splendid. Can be worn two ways. Pulled all the way down, or pull bottom higher on hips to give it a more gathered look with baggier top half. 3/4 sleeves. Draped cowl neck on reverse with a band across shoulders so it stays put. 70% modal, 30% polyester so it has stretch. Very soft. Never worn, has tags. Size Small.
