Splendid black strapless tulip dress

Black splendid dress from Anthropologie. Size XS Strapless. Lightweight high low and has elastic at waist. Can be worn as a beach cover up too! Really cute and excellent condition. Worn a few times only. Approx measurements: 13” across top about 11” at waist and about 49” from top to back hem. Shorter and angled in front. Dress it up or down! Smoke free home.
