Splendid Zarah Maxi Skirt

Beautiful, soft and comfy maxi skirt with a tie dye-ish blue print. Waistband can fold or roll to desired length. Slit up the side — not high— to the knee or below depending on how high you wear the skirt. Seen with the Vince Camuto tank also listed in my closet.
