Up for sale is this preowned Splendid off the shoulder fringe top in size women's small. Please view all photo's & description before you buy. This top is so soft you wont want to take it off. I WOULD SAY THIS TOP RUNS SMALL. There is a small hole at the bottom of the shirt needs just a stitch or 2 but I didn't want to mess with it. Please ask all questions before you buy. Thanks,
