Splendid Racer Back Blue Sleeveless Lined Shift Dress NWT

Easy breezy ribbed tank/shift dress by Splendid. Slipover, racerback styling. Fully lined in same fabric, same length as dress. Rich blue hue. Would be a great game day layering dress or perfect for resort casual. It is super soft (rayon blend that feels like modal - you know how Splendid specializes in soft fabrics), with just enough stretch to not cling, but move. Size medium, runs a bit small.
