Splendid Polka-Dot Popover Blouse S

This popover blouse from Splendid sports polka dots in red, pink, purple, and white on a blue background. Oversize rounded neck with three-button placket. Wide dolman sleeves, gathered wrists. Fabric tag has been cut but I suspect rayon or a rayon blend. This blouse is in very good preowned condition: a bit of wash fade, but no major flaws. Measured flat: 16” pit-to-pit (low) through hips 26” length
